Abstract

atar Belakang: Perkembangan teknologi informasi di era industri revolusi 4.0 sekarang ini berkembang dengan cepat. Salah satu terobosan teknologi informasi yang berkembang yaitu teknologi virtual reality (VR) yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam layanan kesehatan, khususnya terapi rehabilitasi aktifikas fisik pasien dengan Parkinson disease. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui Penerapan teknologi Virtual Reality dalam rehabilitasi fisik pasien dengan Parkinson disease. Metode: metude yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Studi Literatur. Hasil: Penelusuran artikel dengan menggunakan tiga data base (ProQuest, PubMed dan Embase) menghasilkan 821 artikel dengan tahun terbit antara 2019 sampai dengan 2022. Artikel-artikel tersebut kemudian diekstraksi kembali berdasarkan kriteria inklusi sehingga menyisakan 10 artikel yang sesuai dengan topik. Kesimpulan: Penerapan teknologi virtual reality dalam rehabilitasi aktifitas fisik pasien dengan Parkinson disease dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien dan fungsi keseimbangan mereka. Penerapan VR yang dilakukan secara rutin menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam tremor istirahat, kekakuan, Gaya berjalan, postur, bradikinesia tubuh, bangkit dari kursi, dan gerakan bergantian yang cepat.
